This easy steak marinade makes the most flavorful, tender steaks I've ever had. This marinade can be used in prepping freezer meals and makes marinading steaks effortless.
Line a mixing bowl with a gallon sized resealable freezer bag.
Add all ingredients to the bag, including the steak.
Seal the bag, removing as much air as possible. Label the bag with the contents and date. Place the bag in the freezer.
To thaw, remove steak from freezer and place on counter top for approximately 8 hours or in fridge for 24 hours.
Cook steaks on grill to desired doneness. I have also cooked these steaks in the oven in a cast iron skillet at 400 degrees.
